A pair of shop-made joiner’s mallets with heavy, dense heads and faceted maple handles wedged through the top.
A good mallet needs weight in the head and a handle that won’t come loose. These have dense, dark heads, with the maple handle passing all the way through and locked with wedges visible on top.
These are tools rather than commissions — made for use in the shop.
